REFUND POLICY

COMPLAINTS

If the client has any complaint or claims about the service received, he/she should send us an email to support@perspectivalegal.net commenting on his/her situation.

PERSPECTIVA LEGAL has a period of 10 to 15 days to review the case and respond to the client.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only proceed if an unwanted Service has been contracted, and as long as:

It is not a recurring Service.

The Service has not been started.

REFUNDS

If any refund applies, PERSPECTIVA LEGAL has a period of 15 business days to make the refund to the customer by the same means by which the purchase of the requested service was made.

Once the Service has started, if it is canceled during the first 2 weeks, only a 50% refund will be applicable, from the third week of contracting no refund will be applicable.

In case of cancellations of recurring services, no refund will apply.

In case of cancellation of a payment or refund request, PERSPECTIVA LEGAL reserves the right to request the corresponding information of the operation to the User to confirm his desire. Cancellation and refund policies are the sole and exclusive responsibility of PERSPECTIVA LEGAL.

PERSPECTIVA LEGAL will carry out the refunds within 60 days, or, if applicable, will explain to the User why the refund does not operate. If the client cancels the contracted service and claims the refund of the amount paid, PERSPECTIVA LEGAL will agree, only if, during the term of the service, the Client has not made use of it. The maximum term to request the refund will be 15 working days.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the purchased service has already been used, no refund will be made.

In any other case in which the client claims the restitution of the amount paid for the contracted service, PERSPECTIVA LEGAL will evaluate the merits of the claim and will inform the client of its decision by e-mail.

In case of refund, the company will make a credit in the payment method indicated by the customer, this credit will be made within a period not exceeding 15 working days, counted from the time the customer claims the refund, which will be informed through the email that has been registered.
